Join us for Envisioning Excellence: A Woman of the Year–Inspired Workshop, an empowering and reflective session presented in collaboration with Northern Pennsylvania Regional College (NPRC). This interactive workshop is designed to help participants clarify their goals, visualize their aspirations, and build confidence to take intentional steps toward the futures they want to create.

Inspired by the work and leadership of Mabeline “Mabel” Howard, an Erie-based entrepreneur, poet, community advocate, nonprofit leader, and USA TODAY Pennsylvania Woman of the Year, this workshop celebrates the power of purpose, creativity, and community impact.

During this interactive experience, attendees will:

• Increase self-awareness and clarity by identifying goals across key life areas, including education, career, finances, health, and personal growth
• Transform aspirations into visual, tangible reminders that reinforce focus and commitment
• Strengthen strategic thinking by considering the steps, resources, and actions needed to move from vision to execution
• Build confidence and agency by reinforcing the belief that each person has the power to shape their future

Participants are encouraged to bring magazines to help create personal vision boards and visual goal representations.
