Northern Pennsylvania Regional College has partnered with Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Hodrick Realty to host a workshop series designed to help first-time homebuyers understand the process with confidence.

This session walks attendees through the final steps of purchasing a home, including how the bidding process works and what to expect with offers, contracts, and appraisals. North Central Settlement Services will also outline the role of a title company and explain what happens on closing day so buyers know what to expect when finalizing their purchase.
