Do you love Warren County? Show it off—with art! ❤️🎨

Northern Pennsylvania Regional College (NPRC), in partnership with the Warren County Chamber of Business and Industry (WCCBI), invites creative minds to help bring a community mural to life. Submit a mural design that reflects “What We Love About Warren County,” whether it’s our local history, hometown charm, or vibrant community spirit. 

One winning design will be selected and painted by the community this fall with the help of a professional muralist.

Open to anyone high school age and older.
